This is a painting I have completed a few years ago and now I am

posting it for the painting challenge on Following The Masters

The original painting is "Childhood of the Virgin" by Spanish

Francisco de Zurbaran (1598-1664).

It is currently exposed at The Hermitage Museum -St.Petersburg -Russia.

Difficult assignment, however the most difficult part was that I couldn't stop painting.

I'm wondering if van Gogh tought the same.
